Most in stock orders ship within 24 hours. If you need a RUSH shipment please call 800-284-1332 and speak to one of our customer service representatives. 

Minimum Order:
Orders less than $50.00 are subject to a $5.00 service fee plus the freight cost. NO ORDERS UNDER $25.00 WILL BE ACCEPTED.


Shipping:
Most items ship FOB Dover, DE by UPS. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and freight is billed from that location. If shipment by common carrier or UPS Collect is desired please contact your customer service representative to make the necessary arrangements.


International Shipments:
We generally ship by UPS. The customer is responsible for all custom fees and tariffs. If other shipping arrangements are desired please contact your customer service representative.


Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Open account terms are net 30 days. To establish an open account, please call us at 1-800-284-1332 to request a credit application. We do not ship COD orders.


Back Order Policy:
If out of stock, we will back order UNLESS requested to do otherwise. Back orders less than $10.00 will be cancelled. If the entire freight amount was included on the original order then back order freight will not be charged when the back order is shipped.


Returns:
1. ***NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION***
2. Request for return due to manufacturing defects or error in filling the order must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the receipt of merchandise. Please have your invoice number available when you request a return so that your account will receive proper credit.
3. All merchandise must be returned in the original carton to receive credit.
4. All call tags and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer for returns that are not defective or orders that were not shipped incorrectly.
5. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS
6. A 25% merchandise restocking fee may be assigned to returns that are not defective or shipped incorrectly by Mid-Atlantic Packaging.
7. Seasonal merchandise that is not defective may not be returned.


Damaged Shipments:
NO CLAIM CAN BE HONORED IF MERCHANDISE IS USED, NOT IN ORIGINAL CARTON, OR IF MID-ATLANTIC PACKAGING IS NOT NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.
1. UPS Shipments:
DAMAGED CARTONS: At time of delivery do not remove contents until inspected by the delivery driver. Be sure the driver notes damages on the delivery receipt and signs the notation.
CONCEALED DAMAGE: Leave damaged merchandise in its original carton and hold for UPS inspection. Notify UPS immediately so an inspection can be arranged.
2. Freight Shipments: The ICC requires that the consignee (you) file a claim with the trucking company. WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO FILE FOR YOU.
DAMAGED CARTONS: Same procedure as UPS.
CONCEALED DAMAGE: Leave damaged merchandise in its original carton and hold for inspection


Samples:
We provide samples free of charge, however, we reserve the right to limit the number of samples sent at no charge. If you want samples expedited, sent next day or second day, there is a $5.00 processing fee and the shipping must be paid in advance with a credit card. Several manufacturers charge us for samples and are not available as free samples. Please contact your customer service representative with any questions regarding sample availability and any associated charges.
